A) Taylor-type dysplasia of the right temporal lobe in a 7 years old child with refractory complex partial seizures. MRI shows an increased cortical thickness and a gray/white matter junction blurring. B) Neuropathology: Hematoxylin-Eosin staining. The black arrow indicates a balloon cell.
